Right of Withdrawal

S&K Luxury Cars GmbH generally sells vehicles following a personal inspection and conclusion of the contract at our business premises. In this case, there is generally no statutory right of withdrawal.

Whether and in which cases consumers are entitled to a statutory right of withdrawal — in particular for contracts concluded exclusively by means of distance communication (distance contracts) — is currently being reviewed by a legal professional.
